- School Power...NaturallySM is an innovative program from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) that is designed to educate New Yorkers about energy, and, in particular, the critical role that solar electric power—photovoltaics (PV)—has in providing clean energy for our homes, schools and workplaces. - The New York Energy $martSM Loan Fund program is offered for the purpose of providing an interest rate reduction off a participating lender’s normal loan interest rate for a term up to 10 years on loans for certain energy-efficiency improvements and/or renewable technologies for residential and commercial projects. - The Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (the Farm Bill H.R.2646) established the Renewable Energy Systems and Energy Efficiency Improvements Program under Title IX, Section 9006. The program funds grants and loan guarantees to agricultural producers and rural small business for assistance with purchasing renewable energy systems and making energy efficiency improvements.
